Please be aware that if you are paying on an
account with a previous balance, those payments are due by the 15th of the month. Only
current month balances are due by the 25th. If you are making a payment once your utilities
have been disconnected, please be sure to add the $100 total in additional fees
($50 disconnect, $50 reconnect) in order to have services reestablished.
