Woodmen
Hills residents can view their payment and usage history and make district
payments online.
You
may set up automatic payments from your checking or savings account after
logging in to the payment portal or, if you prefer, by filling out a form at
the Woodmen Hills Metro District office.
You
may make a one-time payment with a debit or credit card. There will be a
convenience fee added to all credit/debit card tractions of 2.85%. If the
district were to absorb the cost of accepting credit cards, it would mean an
increase in our office budget, which directly translates into higher utility
bills for you. Therefore, we chose a method whereby residents who want to pay
by credit/debit card have that option but pay for the convenience themselves,
instead of passing the cost on to all residents. You may also make phone
payments 24/7 by calling 1-855-342-5954.
You will need your five-digit account number and the 2.85% fee will still apply
to phone payments.
Attention: Beginning January 1st, 2023, Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District is
implementing a new billing due date of the 20th of each month. Late fees will
be assessed at 8:00 am on the 22nd of each month, following, disconnects will
begin after late fees are applied and will continue through the end of the
month. Disconnect and reconnect fees will be applied $50 each, totaling $100.00
to be posted to the account. Return payment policy assesses a fee of $36.75 for
all failed payment transactions.
